Abstract
Francisca Petit de Coulange, widow of Lieutenant Colonel Pedro Gerardo de Villemont, Assistant Military Commander of the Province of Louisiana, stated that in connection with Spain's cession of Louisiana, she was among those who, for various reasons, could not change domicile to Spanish territory. Therefore, she entreated the Commissioners to order that she continue to receive, from the Royal Treasury at Pensacola, the pension previously awarded her. Alongside the petition is an endorsement, dated June 26 and signed by the Marqués de Casa Calvo, which certified that, in accordance with the King's decree of 1803 December 18, the widow de Villemont was to be paid the annual pension due her through the Treasury at Pensacola.

Abstract
A geographical dictionary of the United States of North America. Containing a general description of each state, and of each the population, number of acres, soil, productions, natural curiosities, various climates, &c. Also a description of the rivers, lakes, mineral springs, mountains, manufactures, trade and commerce. With a succinct account of Indiana, Michigan, and upper and lower Louisiana territories. Likewise, the population of each county, township, and those towns in the union, the population of which has been ascertained by the census of eighteen hundred. To which is added, a description of more than one thousand places, not noticed in any former geographical work. Embellished with a handsome map of the United States.

Abstract
Governor Folch issued a set of seventeen regulations aimed at strengthening Spanish authority in West Florida. Local officials were to register all the inhabitants of their district and to make an inventory of land under cultivation, slaves, and livestock. Persons of bad reputation would not be allowed to settle in the area, and all newcomers had to take an Oath of Allegiance to Spain. Trade with the Indians was prohibited. Syndics were charged with the repair of roads and bridges, and they were to prevent illegal cutting of timber on Crown lands. All taverns had to have a license. Syndics and Alcades were to lead assistance to officers of the militia, and they were to render a statement of accounts to the Governor every six months. Abstract
Boutard gave an account of times he had met with M. de Milleville at his château near Dieppe to discuss the rights of Mme Bouligny to Milleville's succession. This was followed by copies of correspondence Boutard had had in regard to a rent claimed by Mme Bouligny from Milleville. As the latter, in his final letter, dated 1804 February 3, had concluded and presented proof that he owed Mme Bouligny no money. Boutard suggested that she examine her documents to prove her claim as well as her degree of kinship to Milleville.

Abstract
Primarily contains letters written to John McDonogh by business associates regarding the management of plantations and the acquisition of enslaved persons in Louisiana. In one letter, John Hartwell Cocke, the prominent Virginia colonization advocate, brokers the sale of slaves to McDonogh. Another correspondent requests instructions for handling the capture of McDonogh's runaway slave. Some documents are in French.
