Abstract
A broadside of lots for sale in Baton Rouge, posted by Elie i.e. Elias Beauregard to the public, includes descriptions of the lots and refers to a recent advertisement of the lots. In 1806 Captain Elias Beauregard offered the citizens of Baton Rouge plans for an elaborate and complete community situated on the banks of the Mississippi River, known as Beauregard Town.

Printed materials for the Badin family, who were descendents of free people of color include business cards, advertisements, circulars, catalogs, and broadsides for various goods and services dated from approximately 1890 to 1908. Most of the advertisements are for clothing and pharmacy goods manufactured or sold in the Natchitoches Parish area. Included are several advertisements for M. B. Woods, a clairvoyant visiting Natchitoches Parish.

Abstract
Contains General orders no. 28, by command of Maj.-Gen. Benjamin Butler, Head-quarters, Dep't of the Gulf, New Orleans, May 15, 1862. This order is commonly called the "Woman's Order." In 1862 General Butler issued the infamous "Woman's Order" in an attempt to stop discourteous treatment of Union soldiers by the women of New Orleans. The order stated that any woman showing disrespect to a soldier of the United States would "be treated as a woman of the town plying her vocation. "

Abstract
Song lyrics which narrate the event which interrupted St. Paul Church's Sunday services of Oct. 12, 1862. Major George Strong attended the service and announced mid-way that the minister had defied General Benjamin Butler's order that prayers should be offered for the health of President Lincoln. Strong ordered the service to end and the congregation to disperse. The verses describe the response of the pastor, Reverend Goodrich, as well as the actions and protests of the women present in the church on that day.

Abstract
This broadside tells the story of the six militia men (John Harris, John Webb, David Morrow, Henry Lewis, David Hunt, and Edward Lindsay, all of the Tennessee Militia), making liberal use of official documents of the War Department in a way prejudicial to Jackson. Among the documents quoted are Army General Orders; extracts from the trials; correspondence of Secretary of War James Monroe, Gov. [Willie] Blount, General Andrew Jackson, William Harris (son of John Harris), and others. It ends with a summary of points made in the general text, and a call not to vote for Jackson as being unfit for the office of President.
