Abstract
File contains petition, summons, answer, judgement and fieri facias. petition, written by E. Bradish, sought payment of $70 from William Donaldson. Sarah Quays was owed $70 by Sweeney, whose debt Donaldson had assumed. Answer written by R.R. Keene. On April 23, 1806, Judge James Workman ruled for the plaintiff in the amount of her demand plus court costs. Summons and fieri facias written by Thomas S. Kennedy. Fieri facias contains note on verso that on May 1, 1806, three chairs and two stools were seized in payment of the debt.
