Abstract
Summons and fieri facias for Barthelemy Lafon in the case of Ferdinand Percy, Jr. v. Barthelemy Lafon were both written by Thomas S. Kennedy. Noted on verso of fieri facias that these items of furniture were seized in payment of the $115.42 debt: three secretaries, a bed, a bureau and a table. On June 16, 1807, money was paid to the plaintiff's attorney.
